AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Martial Art SuperShow
The Martial Art SuperShow Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by
Martial Art SuperShow. The Martial Art SuperShow Web Site is offered to you conditioned
on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained
herein. Your use of the Martial Art SuperShow Web Site constitutes your agreement
to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
Martial Art SuperShow reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices
under which the Martial Art SuperShow Web Site is offered, including but not limited
to the charges associated with the use of the Martial Art SuperShow Web Site.

The Martial Art SuperShow Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites ("Linked
Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Martial Art SuperShow

unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages.
- Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
- Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know,or
reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
- Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary
designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained
in a file that is uploaded.
- Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Martial Art SuperShow has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However,
Martial Art SuperShow reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication
Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Martial Art SuperShow
reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services
at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
Martial Art SuperShow reserves the right at all times to disclose any information
as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental
request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in
whole or in part, in Martial Art SuperShow's sole discretion.

yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Martial Art SuperShow does

Martial Art SuperShow reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your
access to the Martial Art SuperShow Web Site and the related services or any portion
thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by
law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and
you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in
King County

in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Martial Art SuperShow
Web Site. Use of the Martial Art SuperShow Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction
that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including
without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership,
employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Martial Art SuperShow
as a result of this agreement or use of the Martial Art SuperShow Web Site. Martial
Art SuperShow's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal
process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Martial Art
SuperShow's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests
or requirements relating to your use of the Martial Art SuperShow Web Site or information
provided to or gathered by Martial Art SuperShow with respect to such use. If any
part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to
applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability
limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be
deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the
intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue
in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire
agreement between the user and Martial Art SuperShow with respect to the Martial
Art SuperShow Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications
and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Martial
Art SuperShow with respect to the Martial Art SuperShow Web Site. A printed version
of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible
in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement
to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents
and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express
wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in
English.

NOTICES AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Provider's Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE

Guest Rules and Regulations
Rules and regulations are established to meet liability insurance requirements as well as for the safety and comfort of MASuperShow attendees.
Guest Day Pass: $50
A day pass to visit the Exhibit Hall and attend the Thursday evening Opening Ceremonies is available for attendee spouses and friends for the fee of $50.
- The pass is valid on Thursday, Friday and Saturday July 10 – 12, 2008 during Exhibit Hall hours.
- Holders of a day pass are not eligible to attend any seminar, reception, or food service function at the MASuperShow. Attendance at these functions is limited to registered, fully paid MASuperShow attendees.
- Adults and children between the ages of 13 through 17 can purchase a day pass. Children with a day pass must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Day passes are not transferable.
- Due to liability insurance regulations, children under the age of 12 and under are prohibited from entering the Exhibit Hall at any time.
- La Petite Academy Kid’s Stations is located in the Gaylord Hotel and offers children care services and activities. Please contact La Petite Kid’s Station at 407-586-2505 to make reservations or to ask questions.
