The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff are of the upmost importance first and foremost. The Show team will be constantly monitoring the situation as we get closer to the event date. We are working alongside Caesars Forum and will comply with all Nevada state requirements. Due to the constantly changing environment and new regulations, please check back here regularly for updates. Please note: any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance of the event.

If it is deemed unsafe to continue with our live Show as scheduled, we will cancel and host a virtual Show option. At that time, your Show tickets will be automatically transferred to the following live show unless you request a refund through EventBrite. You will be able to receive a full refund

The Martial Arts SuperShow and its presenters, MAIA, Century Martial Arts, Black Belt Magazine and Gameness, are not to be held responsible for possible exposures or any risks associated with being at the event.

Our commitment is to provide our all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff with the safest and healthiest in-person environment for everyone to reconnect, learn and thrive.

We will:

  • Encourage frequent hand washing and social distancing when feasible
  • Install hand sanitizing stations throughout the show
  • Enhance physical cleaning with sanitizing of high-traffic areas throughout the show floor, physical training rooms including mats and common areas, including doorways, elevators, and escalators. Sanitizing wipes will be made readily available.
  • Collaborate with our partner hotel Harrah’s Las Vegas and Caesars Entertainment in their advancements to be among the first in the nation to pursue certification for safety measures aimed at outbreak prevention through actions such as sanitizing the facility nightly. You can find more information of how the Harrah’s Las Vegas and Caesars Entertainment are combating COVID-19 by clicking here:

Current Status (as of 4/19/2022): NO proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend. Per Nevada’s mask mandate, face masks are encouraged but not required for both Caesars Forum and our partner hotel Harrah’s Las Vegas. We will notify everyone should either policy change between now and the show.

We will provide face covering on site for those who may feel more comfortable wearing one. *Limited quantity. We will notify everyone should the face mask policy change between now and the show.

If you develop symptoms during your stay or encounter any concerns about suspected COVID-19 cases while at the show, we will be working in concert with our facilities’ security staff. If you are feeling sick, they request that you remain in place. The resorts have teams of certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), available 24 hours a day. If alerted to a suspected case of COVID-19, the resort’s security will direct the guest toward appropriate medical care through their EMTs, who follow the direction of local health authorities.

You will have access to the tradeshow floor, mat demos, and all seminar rooms within the tradeshow floor: MAIA Room and other Zen Planner Room (business training) along with the Black Belt Magazine Room (instructor training and combative sessions) and Century Room (physical training/on the mat). The Show ticket also includes access into the Opening Night to be held at Omnia Nightclub in Caesars Palace on the evening of July 18th. Anything labeled as a Pre-Conference Event held prior to the opening of the Show, is not included in the price of a ticket, and are sold separately.

Absolutely! You are welcome to register at one time for your entire group. Check this website for group discounts over 4 tickets. We highly encourage you to bring your team! We have an entire seminar track dedicated to physical training and instructor training where your team can get hands on experience and learn from the best instructors in the world!

Children are allowed to attend the tradeshow, however they must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. To access the seminar rooms, he or she must be at least 16-years old. Many of our pre-conference events and training rooms are not suitable for children since some will use weapons and other training gear.

Children under the age of 16 will still need to check in at the Registration Counter to provide a special Youth Pass.

Children with Youth Passes will not be permitted to enter the Opening Night Party at OMNIA Nightclub Monday, July 18th.

Pre-Conference Events will be held July 16th-18th prior the festivities to the main event. You can locate the list of current pre-con events here. Please note: Pre-Conference Events are scheduled prior to the SuperShow. Please make appropriate travel plans.

Check back often to see if we have added other workshops you may be interested in. You can register for those events from the links on that page.

We highly encourage you to register beforehand, especially if the event you are interested in is scheduled for July 16th or 17th. The Registration Desk doesn’t open until July 17th, so if you do not register until you arrive, your name and information won’t be on the check in list. You can show your proof of registration to the check in staff to get access to the event. However, some events have gear and equipment that are required, and it helps the planning team to get an accurate headcount when pulling product. If you are interested in an event held the morning of July 17th before the start of the show, you can register on site at the Registration Desk. Just be prepared for a wait since everyone will be checking in at that time. We don’t want you to miss a moment of your paid pre-con event, so please register ahead of time.

While we will not have a live virtual option this year, we will have video recordings available post-show from every seminar room. Pre-conference events are not recorded however and must be attended live since they are a separate ticket.

We understand how it can be difficult to attend live, but we do encourage you to check it out if you’ve never been before. The recordings are a great resource, but it doesn’t compare to the networking you’ll get to experience with our vendors, like-minded school owners and instructors from across the country, as well as world-class martial artists.

If the 2022 SuperShow is not permitted to take place, your ticket(s) will automatically be transferred to the following live show. You will be able to receive a full refund if you wish to cancel through EventBrite.

If the show is permitted to take place but you or your team don’t feel comfortable traveling or are no longer able to come, you can request a full refund for your tickets up until 30 calendar days before the Show start date.

If for some reason, the event you registered for gets cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

The app will also allow you to set a schedule of what seminars you want to attend!

If you are bringing your team, it is the best chance to divide and conquer so you don’t miss any information. Coming by yourself? No worries, attend as much as you can, and then purchase the seminar’s video recordings so you can own all the sessions and re-watch as often as you need.

The Caesars Forum venue has plenty of space in each seminar room! As of right now, we don’t have a cap on the attendees per room. Please check back often in case things change. We are closely working with the Caesars Entertainment group on the state regulations for meeting spaces and will adhere to their recommendations.

There is no formal dress code at the Martial Arts SuperShow. Be sure to bring comfortable clothes or your uniform for physical training seminars. Seminar rooms get chilly – consider bringing a jacket or sweater.

For the Opening Night Party at Omnia Nightclub, appropriate attire suggested is business casual. It is recommended that men wear nice pants or jeans, a collared shirt or sport coat, and dress shoes. Please try to avoid shorts, sandals, hats, and athletic attire.

Please Note: CAESARS FORUM is NOT at Caesars Palace. It is a new conference center separate from the hotel/venue you might be familiar with.

This is the first time we are doing something completely different from our typical Opening Ceremony. We want to celebrate with everyone as an industry party. At the Opening Night, you will be there to witness the 2022 Lifetime Achievement Recipient induction for Cynthia Rothrock. Afterwards, you will have time to just relax, have a drink, dance, party, and network! The Omnia is completely reserved for the SuperShow so everyone there is part of our martial arts family.

No! The Opening Night is free with purchase of your SuperShow ticket. All Show attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers will be admitted.

This is a 21+ a event. Must be 21 years of age or older with proper ID to enter. See your registration tote bag at check-in for entry wristbands! Passports are required for international guests.

We encourage ride sharing, but an army of affordable taxis and Uber drivers eagerly await to take you just 4 miles into the heart of Las Vegas!
