This year, more than any before, has raised unique questions to be answered alongside the more common selection. We have done our best to make a simple, easy list to clear some things up for you. ABOUT THE VIRTUAL SUPERSHOW
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A PURCHASED TICKET?
Your ticket will include a pass to all 3 days’ worth of seminars plus recordings of the event for later viewing. (Please allow 3 weeks post-show for the recordings to become available for download.)

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY TECHNOLOGIES/ZOOM ARE WORKING?
We all know technology can be hit or miss, so we will have a fun run-through segment, Tuesday, July 6th at 3pm CST. The Hype Team will be testing our technologies and giving away prizes. Join us live, that Tuesday, as a chance to test your own technologies as well as your Zoom app prior to the Day 1!
WHEN WILL MY VIP PACKAGE SHIP TO ME?
You can expect your VIP box in your hands in the week leading up to the Show. International shipping delivery timeline cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to ship those first to make sure they arrive in a timely fashion.
WILL THERE BE A PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP I NEED TO JOIN LIKE LAST YEAR?
No – we have simplified our approach this year and will be broadcasting all seminars, Q&As, Hype Team giveaways and breakouts sessions ONLY inside Zoom. No extras needed!

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO ON THE DAY(S) OF THE VIRTUAL EVENT?
During the week of the event, we will email you a log-in Zoom link. Don’t worry we’ve tried to make things as easy as possible – 1 link for all 3 days. Simply save that link to hop on each day. No searching for the new day’s link each morning in all your important emails.
Secondly, we want YOUR PARTICIPATION! That’s why we chose Zoom! Grab your coffee before so you are bright eyed and bushy tailed! There will be times to show your face, voice any questions and be able to interact in breakout rooms with your peers. We just ask you enter each day with your audio on “mute,” then the hosts will give you further instruction throughout.
WHEN WILL THE SCHEDULE AGENDA WITH TIMES BE MADE AVAILABLE?

WILL THERE BE MULITIPLE SESSIONS GOING ON AT THE SAME TIME?
No! Unlike the in-person SuperShow, this event will be broadcasted one session at a time for easiest convenience. All you have to do is log into the Zoom link, grab a notepad and pen and enjoy, but note: several seminars will have breakout sessions to brainstorm ideas amongst your peers.
WHAT IF I EXPERIENCE TECHNICAL ISSUES DURING THE EVENT?
Do not panic – it could be us! Please allow us a few minutes to reboot. If the issue lasts longer than 5 – 10 minutes. Simply exit out of all your opened tabs, restart your computer or device then click the provided Zoom link to open the event again to rejoin. Make sure you are connected to your best internet source whether Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
Unfortunately, with the entirety of the event be live broadcast there is no way for you to rewind and start from the beginning of each day. Lucky for you – your ticket price includes recordings so you will be able to access that missed seminar when the recordings are made available. Please note: all giveaways will be announced live to those who are participating! You are going to want to be tuned in live with us!

WHAT ARE THE COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS, AS OF MARCH 1, 2021?
The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff is and always will be our priority; unfortunately, after much consideration, we have decided to cancel the live, in-person, SuperShow in Las Vegas and focus on a virtual Show for 2021.
This decision was not made lightly. The 20th Anniversary was an exciting light at the end of the tunnel for a lot of us in the industry, and we tried our best to find multiple solutions to still having it in person. The fact is that in the current conditions, there is no way to ensure having the best and safest SUPERSHOW possible. And that is unacceptable. We will only ever deliver the best. That's a promise, and we keep our word.
The transition is going to be made as easy as possible.
In line with the digital age, we will host a Virtual Show option. At that time, your Show tickets will be automatically transferred to the subsequent live show Caesars Forum 2022. You, of course, can also choose instead to receive a full refund through EventBrite.

AFTER THE TRANSFER, CAN I EDIT TICKET HOLDER’S NAMES FOR MY STAFF / INSTRUCTORS?
Yes! Log into your Eventbrite portal that you purchased your tickets through to edit/update name or information you may want to change for you or your staff’s tickets.
