MARTIAL ARTS SUPERSHOW FAQ

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

There is no formal dress code at the Martial Arts SuperShow. Be sure to bring comfortable clothes or your uniform for physical training seminars. Seminar rooms get chilly – consider bringing a jacket or sweater. Appropriate attire is required to attend our Opening Night Party at the Omni Nightclub. It is recommended that men wear nice pants or jeans, a collared shirt or sport coat, and dress shoes. Please avoid shorts, sandals, hats, and athletic attire.

 

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING SPECIFIC TO THE SHOW?

No need to bring any equipment other than comfortable clothes or your uniform. Gear will be provided for physical training seminars, and basic training weapons will be provided for specific seminars. We encourage participants to bring your own training weapons. Training weapons will also be available for purchase at the Century booth. You’ll receive a tote bag at registration; if you plan to make several purchases, consider bringing an extra gear bag.Notepads are provided in your tote bag as well as the seminar rooms.

 

WILL THERE BE NEW PRODUCT AT THE SHOW?

Yes! Over 70 exhibitors will be in attendance with new and exciting products to offer. You’ll want to be sure to set aside time to browse all the exhibitor booths. Century will also be featuring new products, so don’t forget to stop by the Century booth in the Exhibitor Hall.

 

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT?

You may check-in at the front desk of the hotel whenever you arrive, however rooms won’t become available until 4:00 PM on the day of your check-in. Checkout is at 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. If your room isn’t ready upon arrival, the front desk can store your luggage until your room is ready.

 

WHERE DO I REGISTER AND GET MY BADGE?

The Martial Arts SuperShow registration desk is located at the Caesars Forum in the Summit Ballroom (Room 209/210). The registration desk is open 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Sunday, June 30th, and 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM all other days of the show. If you are traveling with a group, we recommend that you check in at the same time. Please have your photo ID ready.

 

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AT THE SUPERSHOW. WHERE IS THE NEW ATTENDEE ORIENTATION?

The New Attendee Orientation is on Tuesday, June 30th 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM, located in Summit Ballroom. You can find out more information at the registration desk when you check in. Remember: the orientation is free to attend, so stop by and get the lay of the land!

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE EVERYTHING IS?

We have team members stationed all throughout the SuperShow to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Tradeshow floor maps are inside the pocket guide available at the registration booth as well as in your Program Guide. You can also download the tradeshow map. When in doubt, don’t hesitate to ask questions – we are here to help!

 

I MISSED A SEMINAR I REALLY WANTED TO GO TO – ARE RECORDINGS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Yes! Recordings of seminars will be available for purchase after the show. Pre-order video recordings are available to attendees for a discounted price. You may pre-order at the Martial Arts SuperShow registration desk. Check your email for further information or give your Customer Service Representative a call at 866-626-6226.

 

WILL THERE BE ANY FOOD SERVED AT THE SUPERSHOW?

Meals are not provided during pre-conference or seminar days. Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks or using the lunch break between seminars to visit one of the nearby restaurants, shops, or cafes. During the Welcome Reception the evening of June 30th (exact time will be announced closer to the Show), food and beverages will be provided for attendees. Drinks will be provided at the Opening Night party at the Omnia Nightclub.

 

WHAT DINING OPTIONS ARE NEAR THE CAESARS FORUM?

The nearby Promenade hosts dozens of different affordable entertainment and dining options—all right below the famous 550ft observation wheel, Highroller! Plus, for the foodie in your group, Gordan Ramsay’s kitchen!

 

HOW DO I GET TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT AND HOTEL?

We encourage ride sharing (of course!), but an army of affordable taxis and uber drivers eagerly await to take you the mere 4 miles into the heart of Las Vegas!
