This year, more than any before, has raised unique questions to be answered alongside the more common selection. We have done our best to make a simple, easy list to clear some things up for you. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS, AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2020

WHAT HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN AT THE SHOW?

The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff are of the utmost importance. The Show team will be constantly monitoring the situation as we get closer to the event date. We are working alongside Caesars Forum and will comply with all Nevada state requirements. Due to the constantly changing environment and new regulations, please check this page regularly for updates.

If it is deemed unsafe to continue with our live Show as scheduled, we will cancel and host a virtual Show option. At that time, your Show tickets will be automatically transferred to the following live show unless you request a refund through EventBrite. You will be able to receive a full refund.

Until we can know the best course of action, we will continue to hope for the best and plan on our live 20th anniversary Show.

 

REGISTRATION & TICKETS

WILL I GET A REFUND IF THE SUPERSHOW IS CANCELED?

If the 2021 SuperShow is not permitted to take place, your ticket(s) will automatically be transferred to the following live show. You will be able to receive a full refund if you wish to cancel through EventBrite.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY IF THE SHOW IS NOT CANCELLED?

If the show is permitted to take place but you or your team don’t feel comfortable traveling or are no longer able to come, you can request a full refund through EventBrite for your tickets up until 30 calendar days before the Show start date.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A SHOW TICKET?

You will have access to the tradeshow floor, mat demos, and all seminar rooms within the tradeshow floor: MAIA Room and Zen Planner Room (business sessions), Black Belt Magazine Room (instructor training and combatives sessions) and Century Room (physical training/on the mat). The Show ticket also includes access into the Opening Night to be held at Omnia in Caesars Palace on the evening of July 6th. Anything labeled as a Pre-Conference event, seminars and workshops held prior to the opening of the Show, is not included in the price of a ticket and is sold separately.

HOW DO I SEE WHAT PRE-CONFERENCE EVENTS ARE TAKING PLACE?

You can locate the list of current pre-con events at MASuperShow.com/precons. Check back often to see if we have added other workshops you may be interested in. You can register for those events from the links on that page.

WHAT IF MY PRE-CONFERENCE EVENT WAS CANCELLED?

If for some reason the event you registered for gets cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

WILL THERE BE AN OPTION TO JOIN THE CONFERENCE LIVE VIRTUALLY FROM LIVE-STREAM THIS YEAR?

While we will not have a live virtual option this year, we will have video recordings available post-show from every seminar room. Pre-conference events are not recorded however and must be attended live since they are a separate paid ticket.

We understand the ability to attend may vary, but we do encourage you to check it out if you’ve never been before. The recordings are a great resource, but it doesn’t compare to the networking you’ll get to experience with our vendors, like-minded school owners and instructors from across the country, as well as world-class martial artists.

CAN I REGISTER FOR A PRE-CONFERENCE EVENT ON SITE?

We highly encourage you to register beforehand, especially if the event you are interested in is scheduled for July 4th or 5th. The Registration Desk doesn’t open until July 5th, so if you do not register until you arrive, your name and information won’t be on the check-in list. You can show your proof of registration to the check-in staff to get access to the event. However, some events have gear and equipment that are required, and it helps the planning team to get an accurate headcount when pulling product. If you are interested in an event held the morning of July 6th before the start of the show, you can register on site at the Registration Desk. Just be prepared for a wait since everyone will be checking in at that time. We don’t want you to miss a moment of your paid pre-con event, so please register ahead of time.

CAN I REGISTER A GROUP OF PEOPLE? CAN I BRING MY SPOUSE, INSTRUCTORS, ATHLETES, MY TEAM?

You are welcome to register at one time for your entire group. Check the website for group discounts over 4 tickets. We highly encourage you to bring your team! We have an entire seminar track dedicated to physical training and instructor training where your team can get hands-on experience and learn from the best instructors in the world!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND?

Children are allowed to attend the tradeshow, however they must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. In order to access the seminar rooms, children must be at least 16 years old. Many of our pre-conference events and training rooms are not suitable for children since some will use weapons and other training gear.

 

PREPARING FOR THE SHOW

WILL ANY MARTIAL ARTS LEGENDS BE ATTENDING? WILL I BE ABLE TO MEET THEM?

As the largest martial arts industry show in the world, we always have world-class athletes and legends in attendance! You can take a morning stretching class with Superfoot Bill Wallace, or train with Benny “The Jet” Urquidez. Check our website and social media regularly to see any announcements of special guests!

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING SPECIFIC TO THE SHOW?

No need to bring any equipment other than comfortable clothes or your uniform. Gear will be provided for physical training seminars, and basic training weapons will be provided for specific seminars. Although it is not required, we encourage participants to bring your own training weapons. Training weapons will also be available for purchase at the Century booth. You’ll receive a tote bag at registration; but consider bringing a gear bag. Notepads are provided in your tote bag as well as the seminar rooms.

IS THERE A WAY TO SEE WHO WILL BE TEACHING THE SESSIONS? CAN I PRE-MAKE MY SCHEDULE?

We will post the full schedule, including times of specific seminars and any evening activities, in advance (typically around May/June). We encourage you to look through the options and make a schedule for which sessions you don’t want to miss. Make sure you download the MASuperShow app so you have the most up-to-date information leading up to the Show. The app will also allow you to set a schedule of what seminars you want to attend!

If you are bringing your team, divide and conquer so you don’t miss any information. Coming by yourself? No worries, attend as much as you can, and then look into purchasing the video recordings so you can own all the sessions and re-watch as often as you need.

WILL THERE BE A PERSON CAP TO THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES WHO CAN BE IN EACH SESSION?

The Caesars Forum venue has plenty of space in each seminar room! As of right now, we don’t anticipate a cap on the attendees per room—other than what is required by the fire marshal. Please check back often in case things change. We are closely working with the Caesars Entertainment group on the state regulations for meeting spaces and will adhere to their recommendations.

 

DURING THE SHOW

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

There is no formal dress code at the Martial Arts SuperShow. Be sure to bring comfortable clothes or your uniform for physical training seminars. Seminar rooms get chilly – consider bringing a jacket or sweater. Plan to bring apparel other than training clothes to attend Opening Night at the Omnia Nightclub. Although there is no dress code for our private event, if you choose to stay in the nightclub after our event, there is a strict dress code prohibiting shorts, sandals, hats, or athletic attire.

WILL ALL CONFERENCE PROGRAMMING BE AT CAESAR’S FORUM?

All pre-conference events, regular seminars, and the tradeshow area will all be held at the Caesars Forum. The only activity that will be held outside of that area will be Opening Night, held on July 6, 2021. Opening Night will be held at the Omnia inside Caesars Palace, a short walk across the strip.

WILL THERE BE NEW PRODUCT AT THE SHOW?

Yes! Over 70 exhibitors will be in attendance with new and exciting products to offer. You’ll want to be sure to set aside time to browse all the exhibitor booths. Century will also be featuring new products, so don’t forget to stop by the Century booth in the Exhibitor Hall.

CAN I SELL MY OWN PRODUCT AT THE SUPERSHOW?

If you are interested in selling any products or services at the Show, we have booth spaces available starting at a 10x10 space up to 20x20 islands. Please contact Donna Riekenberg at [email protected] for availability and pricing. Without purchase of a booth space it is prohibited from selling on the floor to our attendees.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AT THE SUPERSHOW. WHERE IS THE NEW ATTENDEE ORIENTATION?

The New Attendee Orientation is on Tuesday, June 30th 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM, located in Forum Ballroom 111. You can find out more information at the registration desk when you check-in. Remember: the orientation is free to attend, so stop by and get the lay of the land!

HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE EVERYTHING IS?

We have team members stationed all throughout the SuperShow to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Tradeshow floor maps are inside the pocket guide available at the registration booth as well as in your Program Guide. You can also download the tradeshow map on the SuperShow app. When in doubt, don’t hesitate to ask questions – we are here to help!

WHERE DO I REGISTER AND GET MY BADGE?

The Martial Arts SuperShow registration desk is located at the Caesars Forum directly outside of the Forum Ballroom below the escalators. The registration desk is open 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Monday, July 5th, and 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM during July 6-8th. If you are traveling with a group, we recommend that you check in at the same time. Please have your photo ID ready.

I MISSED A SEMINAR I REALLY WANTED TO GO TO – ARE RECORDINGS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Yes! Recordings of seminars will be available for purchase after the show. Pre-order video recordings are available to attendees for a discounted price. You may pre-order at the registration desk. Check your email for further information or email us at [email protected]

WILL THERE BE ANY FOOD SERVED AT THE SUPERSHOW?

Meals are not provided during pre-conference or seminar days. Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks or use the lunch break between seminars to visit one of the nearby restaurants, shops, or cafes. During the Welcome Reception the afternoon of July 6th, food and beverages will be provided for attendees. Drinks will be provided at Opening Night located at the Omnia Nightclub.

WHAT DINING OPTIONS ARE NEAR THE CAESARS FORUM?

The nearby Promenade hosts dozens of different affordable entertainment and dining options—from Jaburritos Sushi and In-and-Out Burger to Virgil’s Real BBQ and Fish & Chips, all right below the famous 550’ observation wheel, Highroller! Plus, for the foodie in your group, Gordan Ramsay’s kitchen or Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen!

WILL THERE BE TIME IN BETWEEN SESSIONS (TO RUN TO THE RESTROOM, RUN TO MY ROOM, GRAB LUNCH/SNACKS, ETC.)?

You will have approximately 30 minutes between seminars to run to the restroom, figure out your next seminar, visit with vendors, etc. Lunch break is a full 90 minutes so you have more time to leave to grab a bite or take advantage of the extra time and visit with the number of product and services vendors we have on the tradeshow floor to help elevate your business.

WILL THERE BE ANY EVENING ACTIVITIES PLANNED FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY OF THE CONFERENCE?

OPENING NIGHT AT THE OMNIA NIGHTCLUB

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE OPENING NIGHT AT THE OMNIA NIGHTCLUB?

This is the first time we are doing something completely different from our typical Opening Ceremony. We want to celebrate with everyone with an industry party. At the Opening Night, you will be there to witness the 2021 Lifetime Achievement Recipient induction for Cynthia Rothrock. Afterwards, you will have time to just relax, have a drink, dance, party, and network! If you or one of your staff members is under 21, he or she will receive a wristband and will have access to the upstairs section of the nightclub with a dry bar. There is plenty of room to grab a booth, non-alcoholic beverage and watch the Lifetime Achievement Award presentation as well as the famous chandelier entertainment! If you are 21 or over, you will have access to both the upstairs and the downstairs with alcohol service only allowed downstairs. The Omnia is completely reserved for the SuperShow so everyone there is part of our martial arts family.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ADMISSION TO GET INTO THE OPENING NIGHT AT THE OMNIA NIGHTCLUB?

No! The Opening Night is free with purchase of your SuperShow ticket. All Show attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers will be admitted. As the event gets closer, look for communication of what to bring. We will give out wristbands for general admission and VIP admission (MAIA Elite and Century Gold customers), as well as separate wristbands for under 21. Nightclub security will likely check driver's licenses upon entrance regardless, so have that handy.

WHAT IF I AM NOT A NIGHTCLUB-GOER?

We understand not everyone is a fan of going into a nightclub. You are welcome to attend at the beginning for the Lifetime Achievement Recipient induction and then at the beginning of the event have a free night to explore all Vegas has to offer! There are plenty of shows, museums, entertainment, and dining options, or choose to relax in your newly renovated room at Harrah’s so you can be well-rested for loads of information over the next two days of the show.

 

HOTEL & TRANSPORTATION

WHAT HOTEL HAS THE SHOW PARTNERED WITH FOR SPECIAL RATES?

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT?
